Ownership

Comserv Solutions Private Limited is the sole owner of Jobs.switchjobs.co.in (hereinafter referred to as ‘App’) and its services.

Acceptance of Terms

When you register as a user of our Application, we ask for some personal information that will be used to activate your account, provide the Services to you, communicate with you about the status of your account, and for other purposes set out. Your name, address, mobile/telephone number, email address, education qualifications, gender, credit card information and certain other information about you may be required by us to provide the Services or be disclosed by you during your use of the Services. Your account will be encrypted with a password only shared with you and would be verified at the time of login.

Acceptance of Services

According to terms, We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services to our Users. As part of the registration process, Users will identify an administrative user-name and password of a Company/Organization account. Subject to the terms hereof, we will endeavor to provide User with reasonable support services and implementations assistance, through electronic mail or another reasonable mechanism, in accordance with Company’s standard practice.

Rights to Your Information

You have the right to access and edit your information at any time through the web interface provided as part of the Services. However, to make sure that the personal information we maintain about you is accurate, please inform us immediately of any change in your personal information by e-mail.

Aggregated Data

We may also use your personal information to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for audits on a selective basis. “Aggregated Data” means records which have been stripped of information potentially identifying users, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and personal information will be kept anonymous in Aggregated Data.

Right to use

You can use the App for both commercial and non-commercial with accordance of these Terms. Additional terms may also apply to certain features, parts or content of the App and, where they apply, they will be displayed before you access the relevant features, parts or content.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (which includes rights such as copyright, and rights in trade marks) in any content of the App (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos) are owned by us and/or our licensors. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the App. If you print off, copy or store pages from the App (only as permitted by these terms and conditions), you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.

Your Account and confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password for Your Account, and for any and all activities that may occur under Your Account. You shall keep any and all required profile information accurate and up to date. You will inform APP Administrator immediately in writing of any actual or potential unauthorized access to Your account or password. Accounts are subject to cancellation by APP Administrator at any time, including upon the misuse of the account or breach of these Terms. APP/(ENTER COMPANY NAME/PROPRIETORSHIP NAME). is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password or any resulting activities under Your Account.

Eligibility Requirements

The age limit to use APP is 12+. By creating an account with us, you warrant that you are at least 12 years of age. If you’re under the age required, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to download the APP. Please have your parent or legal guardian read these terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the services, then these terms apply to you and you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the services.

Modification of the Terms

Comserv Solutions Private Limited / APP reserves the rights, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms to this page. Please check these Terms and any policies periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site/App (including any use of any of Site Content or submission of Your Content, each defined further below) after the changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. Except as stated elsewhere, such amended Terms will automatically be effective upon the earlier of (a) your ongoing use of the Site/App with actual notice of the new terms, or (b) 30 days after APP has first posted notice of the new terms on this page.

License

APP is a subscription based, non-exclusive, non-assignable, personal app. Please note that confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Comserv Solutions Private Limited/App reserves all the right to disable the App services at any time/upon the expiry of the subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software. Also, you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract any of our source code unless you have our written permission or applicable law lets you do so.

Content

No objections can be raised for streaming ads on the app.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Comserv Solutions Private Limited/ App does not promise that the app or any app content, service or feature of the app will be up-to-date, error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the app will provide specific results. The app and the app contents are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Comserv Solutions Private Limited /App cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the app will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features.

Comserv Solutions Private Limited /App disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the app. You assume total responsibility for your use of the app, including without limitation, the app content and any linked sites. Your sole remedy against APP for dissatisfaction with the site or any site content is to stop using the site or any such site content.

Online Payment

All the online payments are subject to the rules & regulations of the concerned payment gateway service provider. Comserv Solutions Private Limited/ App has the full right to change the payment gateway partner without any notice. Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment. The subscription should be active to use the app continuously. Comserv Solutions Private Limited / App retains the rights to continue or discontinue the usage of APP. Payment once made cannot be refunded at any circumstances.

Job Vacancy Updates

The APP will only be proving Job Vacancy Updates for the users of the APP. However, there is no guarantee regarding the authenticity of the Job Vacancy, and there is no guarantee by Comserv Solutions Private Limited/ App that the user shall be given a confirmed job appointment.

Services & Pricing

We provide our Customers/Job seekers with the contact details of the various business organizations offering the particular job vacancies. Our Customers/Job seekers are then provided with the option to directly contact the business organizations of their choice. The online registration fee for the service is Rs.499 (including GST) valid for 150 days with the option to renew it subsequently.

Refund Policy

Job vacancy updates are available for 150 days after payment. Please make sure the data you update is correct. There will be no refund after payment. We only provide Job Vacancy Updates. If any issue regarding payment arises due to any technical error, we will refund the amount within 15 working days. There is no guarantee regarding the authenticity of the Job Vacancy, and there is no guarantee by Jobs.switchjobs.co.in that the user shall be given a confirmed job appointment and there is no guarantee regarding the minimum number of job vacancy updates. If the Jobseeker decides to cancel our services, they can do so by navigating to their profile and clicking the "Delete Your Account" button.

Usage of IPG

We use Razorpay as our IPG (Internet Payment Gateway) to offer Jobseeker's job vacancies in their profile page. We accept the following payment methods: Credit & Debit cards, UPI, Net banking.
